Dorothee Lohde (822)In matters of capacity law and examination law, Division 82 advises the examination offices and faculties on capacity calculations and examination law issues. In this context, it also takes care of legal disputes in connection with university admission and admission to higher education.
In the case of legal questions in the area of foundation law, for example in cases of the establishment of foundations and donations, solutions are worked out for each individual case with those seeking advice.
In addition, Division 82 is part of the office of the University Foundation.
Division 82 is also responsible for the pre-certification of documents for use abroad, the publication of Official Announcements I and II and the administration of the official seals of the University (including UMG).
