M.INC.ERST.632: Economics in Environmental Policy
Learning outcome:
Prescription:Economic models of environmental decisions. Applied cost-benefit
analysis. Economic analysis of policy instruments. Co-dependency of economics,
ecology, and human behaviour.
Aim: This subject aims to develop the ability to apply economic analysis to:
- Identify efficient resource use
- Model dynamic interactions between economic, natural and social
- aspects of the environment
- Aid in the development of environmental policy instruments
- Critically evaluate environmental policies

- Design, analyse and evaluate cost-benefit analyses
