Nina Eisenburger is the project coordinator of "A multidisciplinary specialization in childhood obesity prevention in Mexico" (MACOP-MX), a cooperative DAAD project between the University of Göttingen, Universidad de Guadalajara and Universidad Autónoma Benito Juárez de Oaxaca. She studied Economics and Sport Science at the University of Göttingen. For her master's degree in "International Sport Development and Politics", Nina Eisenburger went to the German Sport University Cologne, where she later received her PhD in Sport Science in 2023.

Research interests: Health Promotion, Psychosocial and Mental Aspects of Health, Obesity in Childhood and Adolescence, Sport for Development, Education
