Erasmus+ Social Inclusion

Students

For long-term mobilities and regardless of the programme country, a grant, so-called "Social Top up", of 250 EUR per funded month can be awarded. In case of a short-term ('blended') mobility of 5 to 14 days it can amount to 100 EUR, in case of a mobility of 15 to 30 days to 150 EUR (in which case the additional payment for internship does not apply). All Social Top ups can be combined with the Top up Green Travel. The blended mobility format, meaning a shorter physical mobility complemented by a virtual component could potentially be an attractive option for persons with disabilities.

An initial query is made during the application process for a study or practical stay. Students who have been selected and nominated for a stay abroad will then receive a link from the Göttingen International Department during the further procedure. Binding applications can then be submitted online within the communicated deadline. Late applications cannot be considered.

Students with disabilities and students planning to study abroad with child/ren may alternatively apply for a "Realkostenantrag"
