Areti-Kristin Bouras, M.A.

Areti-Kristin Bouras has been a research associate at the Diversity Research Institute since April 2023 and is responsible for the qualitative part of the follow-up study within the project "Care, Career, Corona" on the influence of the Corona pandemic on the working conditions and future opportunities of young academics.

Areti-Kristin Bouras studied the Social Science Bachelor program with specialisations in Educational Science, Gender Studies and Political Science at the Georg-August-Universität Göttingen from 2017 to 2020 and the Diversity Research in the Social Sciences Master program, also in Göttingen, until March 2023. In May 2022 she completed the "Guidance and Counselling Skills" certificate at the Zentrale Einrichtung für Sprachen und Schlüsselqualifikationen (ZESS). From November 2021 to August 2022, she worked as a student assistant at the Diversity Research Institute and from October 2022 to March 2023 as a tutor for qualitative methods at the Institute for Methods and Methodological Principles in the Social Sciences. In her Master's thesis, she discussed the negotiation of sexual agency in young women from a biographical perspective.
