Der Einsatz von Musik bei der Befürwortung von und Anstiftung zu Hass und Gewalt
The use of music to advocate or incite hatred and violence
Musical practices are often implicated in promoting fear and hatred of other groups - but when do such practices really present a danger, and why?
This fundamental question runs through most of the research conducted by the group.
In addition, a number of projects address specific questions relating to how music may used in such a way as to violate relevant international human rights standards on racial and religious hatred, and what legal and other measures are available in response.
