If you want to enter the German labour market and start with your first job after studies, it is important to know your rights and duties as an employee. When applying for a job or preparing for a job interview we recommend you to have an understanding of basics concerning types and clauses of the employment contract.
In this session Dr. Sarah E. Hilmer, LLM, MLLP, Solicitor, provided an expert inside about the different employment contract types, especially the limited one. The compulsary and obligational employment contract clauses are often not that obvious to the potential employee. A summary of do´s and dont´s before signing an employment contract were highlighted.
