Maria Richter has been working as a student assistant at the Chair of Business Education and Digital Vocational Learning since February 2025. In the winter semester 2024/25, she began her Master's degree in Business Education and English (M. Ed.) at the Georg-August-Universität Göttingen. Prior to this, she completed her Bachelor's degree in Business Education (B. Sc.) at Johannes Gutenberg University Mainz.




After completing her bachelor's degree, Maria Richter worked as an intern at the Deutsche Bundesbank in Frankfurt am Main in the area of digitalization of HR processes. She also gained valuable insights into HR work with a focus on employer branding during her internship at Jet Tankstellen Deutschland GmbH in Hamburg. At Johannes Gutenberg University Mainz, Maria Richter supported the “Academic Writing and Presenting” course as a tutor and worked as a learning coach at the Alfred Ketschges Foundation.
