NeuroDoWo 2013

Welcome to the NeuroDoWo 2013!

Each year since 1990 the Neurobiology Doctoral Students Workshop (NeuroDoWo) has been hosted in different German Universities and organized by their respective students. Over years it has proven to be an excellent networking platform for students from different branches of Neuroscience in Germany. It’s a pleasure to announce the 24th annual meeting, NeuroDoWo 2013 to be held in Göttingen from 24th to 26th July 2013.

As a participant you can present your thesis project either as a short talk or as a poster to an audience of PhD students without the feeling of being evaluated by supervisors.
In addition, there will be plenary talks on each evening by an internationally renowned philosopher and distinct neuroscientists.

We hope to see an active participation from students of the varied branches of Neuroscience, pursuing cellular, molecular, physiological, behavioral studies and theoretical modeling. The workshop aims at being able to induce engaging and useful discussions between students of different backgrounds and expertise which is undoubtedly instrumental for an inter-disciplinary field as Neuroscience.
