GGNB Managing Board

The GGNB Managing Board is composed of the GGNB spokesperson and the speakers of the individual programs, a member of the participating non-university institutions (if not included among the former), a junior group leader, a doctoral student representative and a staff member of the GGNB Office.

The board takes all decisions pertaining to e.g. the admission of new members and programs, the budget and the training activities (course program), and it prepares reports to GAUSS and to the Scientific Advisory Board.

The Scientific Advisory Board advises the University Presidential Board on matters of the Graduate Center, and advises the Graduate Center on its training concept, and its scientific and structural development. The members of the Scientific Advisory Board meet every three years and report their findings and recommendations to the President of the University.
