SCIENTIFIC INTERESTS AND GOALS
I am in general fascinated by the complexity and versatility of molecular processes and see molecular biology as a cutting-edge research topic that can provide insights and solutions to many medical obstacles of human kind. Particularly, I am interested in protein biochemistry. Its potential in therapeutic application but also the understanding of neurodegenerative diseases really intrigues me. However, in general I would like to gain a widespread knowledge on molecular biology and its various practical methods to closer understand the molecular language and mechanisms.
