SCIENTIFIC INTERESTS AND GOALS

Molecular biology is a fascinating field that combines chemistry, physics, mathematics, and computer science to explore the complexity and diversity of life. To me, some of the most fascinating aspects of this field are the intricacies of cellular regulation and protein-protein interactions. This topic is so intriguing to me because minor changes on a molecular level cause such major cellular changes. By studying cellular regulation and protein interactions, it is possible to learn more about how cells function, communicate, and adapt to different conditions. One can also discover how diseases and disorders arise from the dysregulation or malfunction of these processes. The potential real-life applications of this research in medicine, agriculture and other industries make it especially relevant. Molecular biology is a rewarding and challenging field that offers many opportunities for research and innovation and I look forward to contributing my part.
