career event for all female / non-male scientists within SPP 2205 (Nov 22-23, 2023)

For two half-days we invite all female / non-male PhD students and postdocs within SPP 2205 to Göttingen providing a mixture of career talks by successful female / non-male research personalities, networking and a career workshop. The event will be taking place on Nov 22-23, 2023 in the Historical Observatory in Göttingen (Geismarlandstr. 11). See here for directions.

  • 17:15 report on a short-term international mentorship by Melanie Sarfert (FU Berlin, visited Mexico)

Careers are more flexible, agile and disrupted than ever before. No matter whether you are pursuing a career inside or outside academia: Navigating a career nowadays is equivalent to navigating uncertainty. It thus asks for specific mindsets and instruments. This highly interactive workshop equips you with insights and tools that help you to build a career that fits your values and strengths. It helps you to move forward towards what is meaningful to you and navigate times of uncertainty with clarity and ease.
