The Organizing Committee thanks everyone who participated in the 1st Sustainable Food Systems Symposium. It was a successful two days exploring the challenges and solutions for the transformation of sustainable food systems. We are very grateful to the keynote speakers and organizers of the pre-conference workshops. All the oral and poster presentations met high scientific standards, and participants engaged in fruitful discussions and played an active role during the workshops and the World Cafés.
