Different molecular biology techniques as cloning, different cell culturing methods, Western blotting, microinjection of zebrafish embryos and generation of transgenic lines and mutants by the TALENs technology, different microscopy techniques, in addition to several analytical, pharmaceutical & biochemical methods as chromatography and spectroscopy.
