SCIENTIFIC INTERESTS AND GOALS

Based on my experience so far, I am interested in the cellular and molecular mechanisms of sexual reproduction. The unbelievable complexity and selectivity evident in every step of this vital process fascinates me, and the potential benefits of a more comprehensive understanding in this field have motivated me in my research. However, there are many aspects of biology that offer equally stimulating opportunities for research, and I look forward to discovering where my interests will lead me as I continue in my career.
