What does the application fee cover?
The application fee covers the following items:
- Warm lunch on Thursday and Friday
- Coffee break between the presentations
- Abstract booklet and conference program
- Bus tickets to all excursions and entrance fees to museums
- Guided tour through the Göttingen State and University Library including special collections about Finnougristics, Finland, Hungary, Estonian Language and Literature
- Entrance fee to the unofficial Opening and Closing party
- Accommodation assistance. Please note: Accommodation is only available from April 9th - 13th - if you wish to stay longer in Göttingen you need to find your own accommodation for the additional nights. Please note: We cannot guarantee accommodation for every participant so please keep in mind the messages you have received from us.
The following costs you must pay yourself:
- Travel expenses
- Dinner
- Drinks at the parties
- Movie tickets (Thursday, 4 EUR)
- Café visits
- Accommodation that has not been arranged by us
