"The dynamics of wine law" - on this topic the 5th wine law conference by the Institute for Agricultural Law will take place at the winery Karl Veit in Monzel on August 19th, 2016
This year again the goal of the conference will be to encourage the exchange between science and practice on specific agricultural legal issues by discussing the topic of wine law.
Discussions - put forward by prominent speakers - will focus especially on "The Internationalization of Wine Law" (by Prof Dr. Monika Christmann, Geisenheim, President of the International Organisation of Vine and Wine, OIV), "The Binding Nature of the Information of E-Bacchus" (by lawyer Michael Else), "Wild Damage in the Vineyard" (by lawyer Heiner Klett, Landesbauernverband in Baden-Württemberg e.V.), "Consumer Protection" (by lawyer Dr. Alexander Maringer), "Damages in the Vineyard" (by lawyer Dr. Matthias Francois) and "Fiscal Issues Relating to Viticulture" (by Hans-Josef Hartmann, Managing Director, federation of Agricultural accountancy offices and experts eV ). They should set impulses for the following discussions.
