Learning aim:
The seminar is intended to enable participants to systematically analyse the competitive conditions in the food industry and to evaluate them as a framework for the industry's marketing. marketing. An introductory session and two in-depth sessions are held to familiarise participants with the topic and the in-depth sessions will take place. A fourth session will be devoted to short presentations on the status of the homework.
Requirements/assessment/credits:
The participants work together in groups of three or four and write a term paper on a selected topic (due 06 September 2025) on a selected topic. Group formation and topic assignment take place in the first session. In the last session, the findings available up to that point will be presented and discussed in a group presentation, 6 CP. Participation in the following dates of the four sessions is compulsory.
