Calendar of the E-Examination Room

You conduct e-examinations and are certainly familiar with the challenge of finding exam dates that can be aligned with your personal schedule, your course timetable, and the availability of the e-examination room. To address this, we have developed a solution for you.

The e-examination room planning calendars show a day-to-day updated overview of room occupancy. In the left-hand column, you can choose between the two e-examination rooms.

Instructors interested in using the rooms can first use the planning calendars to identify an available time slot and then contact the e-examination team directly by email. Following this coordination, the agreed dates are immediately entered into the planning calendar by the e-examination team. Subsequently, the room users submit a booking request via UniVZ, which is then confirmed by the e-examination team as the room-managing unit.

Please follow the procedure outlined above when booking one or both rooms. This approach helps prevent misunderstandings such as double bookings in advance and provides you with reliable planning security for your examination.
