Goal 10 – Reduced inequalities

Reduce inequality within and among countries

To reduce inequalities, the income growth of the bottom 40 per cent of the population should be achieved and sustained at a rate higher than the national average. All human beings must be able to live free from discrimination. They must be empowered to self-determination and included socially, economically and politically. Equal opportunity must be ensured, and inequalities must be reduced.
In the course of this, it is necessary to improve the regulation and monitoring of global financial markets and institutions and to guarantee enhanced representation and voice for developing countries in global decision-making. Furthermore, goal 10 aims to achieve orderly, safe, regular and responsible migration and mobility of people. *
