Content


Internet technologies are increasingly found in virtually every area of daily life. New technologies change the internet and attract new numbers of users. The development of internet technologies is also leading to widespread use in businesses. Companies no longer only use internet technologies to show presence with a homepage, but also build up company-internal organizational and information structures.







Study Goals


The students should:


  • know the technological basics of basic internet technologies,

  • be able to describe the significance of e-business and e-commerce and the different business models,

  • know the significance of using internet technologies in company-internal networks,

  • be able to assess the significance of content management systems in their operational use,

  • know the different approaches of computer-based training and education,

  • be able to evaluate e-learning and its significance for business use,

  • know the developments regarding the Web 2.0 concept and can judge the significance in an entrepreneurial context.
