Die Rolle von Führungskräften beim Diversity Management in kleinen und mittleren Unternehmen

Due to social and economic changes, companies have to deal with increasingly diverse workforces, which requires a new way of dealing with this personal diversity.
This study examines the question of whether the concept of diversity management can be a suitable way for small and medium-sized enterprises in rural areas to cope with the increased demands.
To find out, 60 qualitative interviews with experts and managers of small and medium-sized enterprises were conducted. The aim was to find out what managers think about the topic and what role they play in the implementation of diversity management.
