Fixed-term contracts according to the Part-Time and Fixed-term Employment Act (e.g. teachers for special tasks)

If you have a fixed-term contract according to § 14 TzBfG, you are not legally entitled to an extension of the employment contract for the periods of maternal and parental leave.
