  • Learning Objectives




    • Students should gain insight into the varied motives and consequences of Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A).

    • To achieve the defined learning objective, students should discuss the broad spectrum of M&A topics based on theoretical considerations and examine possible consequences for the company. In particular, different influences on M&A decisions and their implications should be derived.

    • In addition to the content-related goals, students should also deepen their existing teamwork skills through group work, learn the basics of academic work, and practice their communication skills through the presentation.
