Lab Experience

Molecular biology methods: DNA/RNA isolation, cDNA synthesis, PCR and Real-Time PCR, protein extraction, SDS-PAGE, Western blotting. Histology: Immunohistochemical and immunofluorescent staining methods, deriving tissues and organs from laboratory rats, histology samples preparation (paraffin processing of tissues, cutting tissues on microtome or cryotome).

SCIENTIFIC INTERESTS AND GOALS

Although my primary research interests involve a relatively broad range of topics, I find the regulation of gene expression (every stage of it) to be the most curious and look forward to working on it. Apart from that, I’m also quite enthusiastic about prostheses and all the progress, which has been done in this field.
