SMART Board
SMART Board is a digital board that can be used as a stand-alone whiteboard or connected to a computer to provide a projection surface for content presentations (e.g. PPT slides). The SMART Boards are touch-sensitive like common touchscreens and allow operation with fingers and special pens.
When the SMART Board is connected to a computer, it provides a common space for all media without having to accept a media break. Thus, presentations, worksheets, texts, images, audio, video and the whiteboard have a common presentation surface. Any use of the PC is controlled by pen, finger and sponge.

Usage without computer
The SMART Board can be used independently - i.e. without being connected to a computer - as a digital whiteboard. Various apps, whiteboard templates and widgets are available to users. In addition, the whiteboard can be shared with up to 250 people for collaborative work.
