Directions and Locations

The symposium "40 Years of Nonlinear Dynamics" will be taking place at two different locations. Please note, that all presentations on Oct 13 and Oct 14 will be given in the Convention Center by the Observatory while the festive conclusion on Oct 13 will be taking place at the Historical Observatory. Both buildings are located at Geismar Landstraße 11 in Göttingen.

Walking from the city center, you follow Kurze Geismar Str., just after passing the Volksbank turn left across the parking lot. Now there are two ways:

• in blue: You cross Keplerstr. to follow Geismar Landstr. slightly around the bend and stay on the left side of the street. The city hall (not the most beautiful high-rise) stays on your right. Shortly before a longer wall begins, turn left into a longer driveway (slightly uphill) that leads directly to the observatory.
• in red: You turn left into Keplerstr., stay on the right side. After a short time you will come to a wrought-iron gate on the right side, go through it. You are now standing directly in front of the observatory.

If you choose to come by car, please note that on-site parking is limited.
