The services include both technical and analytical work that is important in the production of wood-based materials.

This course is offered in part to students of the Faculty of Forest Sciences and Forest Ecology, primarily in the "Wood Biology & Wood Technology" Master's program, to give them a practical insight into the production of wood-based materials and their testing.

However, the services listed are primarily aimed at the wood-based materials industry and its associated branches of industry for carrying out research and development work on a laboratory and pilot scale. The focus here is on the development and testing of near-natural binders and the use of alternative raw materials for the production of medium-density fiberboard, three-layer particleboard and insulating materials.
