Dr. Alexander Fleischmann
Dr. Alexander Fleischmann (he/him is Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Research Affiliate at IMD Lausanne. He received received his PhD from WU Vienna University of Economics and Business exploring the role of diversity in organizations committed to the Economy for the Common Good. His research interest spans both alternative as well as profit-oriented organizations, exploring inclusion and how it is measured, inclusive language and images, ableism, and LGBTQ+ at work. His work has been published in academic journals such as Journal of Business Ethics; Organization; Work, Employment and Society, Gender in Management, and Journal of Management and Organization. He currently also serves as the co-chair of the Standing Working Group ‘Pushing the Boundaries of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion: Theorizing Transformative Change in Organizations’ at the European Group of Organizational Studies (EGOS).
