Empowering Journeys: First Coaching Session Success!
On Monday, 9 December, at the Khg Göttingen, we held the first coaching session as part of our project and it was a truly transformative experience for everyone involved!
These coaching sessions provide a unique space for personal reflection and growth. Together, participants tapped into the collective energy of the group, sharing insights and perspectives that helped turn knowledge into actionable strategies. Through meaningful dialogue, the session enabled participants to explore their aspirations, address challenges, and begin crafting personalized career roadmaps.
A big thank you to our coach Maria Ximena Ordóñez Orellana and the participants for their engagement and openness. We look forward to continuing this journey of empowerment with you all!

First Training Session on Academic Careers in Germany
On 29 November, we kicked off our training sessions for the Foreign Female Academics for the German Labor Market project with an engaging session focused on academic careers in Germany.
We were honored to welcome two distinguished professors of the University of Göttingen as speakers, Prof. Dr. Marcela Ibáñez and Prof. Dr. Peter-Tobias-Stoll, who shared their valuable insights and experiences on navigating academic paths in Germany. Their reflections offered participants a deeper understanding of the opportunities, challenges, and unique aspects of building a successful academic career.
A heartfelt thank you to our speakers and all participants for making this session a success. We look forward to continuing to explore, learn, and grow together in the upcoming sessions!

Exciting Start: Kick-Off Meeting for "Foreign Female Academics for the German Labor Market"
On 29 November, we officially launched our project, Foreign Female Academics for the German Labor Market, with an inspiring kick-off meeting!
The event brought together a diverse group of approximately 30 female Master’s students from the Faculty of Law, PhD candidates, and supporters from the Faculty of Law (Legal Gender Chancen-und Ideenfonds and the Examination Office), Göttingen International, and Khg Göttingen.
Prof. Dr. Stoll and Dr. Yilly Vanessa Pacheco presented the planned activities, setting the stage for a meaningful and impactful initiative aimed at empowering women lawyers in their career journeys and fostering their integration into the German labor market.
A heartfelt thank you to everyone who joined and contributed to this successful beginning. We are looking forward to the journey ahead, filled with collaboration, learning, and growth.
