Learning outcomes

Building on the challenges of sustainability for our society and the economy, students will acquire knowledge of fundamental areas of business administration upon successful completion of the module, including the management process, organization, personnel management, legal forms and business associations, functional areas such as procurement, production and sales, as well as accounting and finance. All subject areas will be analyzed from a sustainability-oriented perspective, focusing on the three dimensions of sustainability: economy, ecology, and social aspects. This will enable students to gain essential competencies in sustainability-oriented business administration.
