Corporate Valuation without and with Personal Taxes

As part of ENLIGHT, Prof. Dr. Stefan Dierkes is offering the online master's and doctoral course
“Corporate Valuation without and with Personal Taxes” from November 24 – November 26.
The course provides participants with a deeper understanding of corporate valuation using discounted cash flow methods with different financing strategies.
The course is open to students from the University of Kiev (Ukraine), Tartu (Estonia), the University of Ghent (Belgium), the University of Göttingen (Germany) and all other ENLIGHT partner universities.

Summer term – Hybrid
The course will also be offered in a hybrid format during the summer semester from May 4 – June 12.
The in-person days will take place from June 8 – 12 in Göttingen with an extensive supporting program.
