Trade Disputes and Firm Responses

Trade disputes and firm responses research

Our research on trade disputes and firm responses examines how tariffs,
trade wars, sanctions, geopolitical risks, and supply-chain uncertainty
affect firms, multinational production, market structure, and firm value.

A particular focus is on how firms adjust their production, sourcing,
investment, and organizational decisions in response to changing trade
policies and geopolitical tensions. This research also studies how such
shocks are transmitted through global value chains and international
production networks.
