Lab Experience
Various techniques in molecular biology, biochemistry and histology including (immuno)staining of paraffin sections, light and fluorescence microscopy, DNA and RNA isolation, northern blotting, real-time PCR, cloning plasmids, PCR mutagenesis, luciferase assays, whole-exome-sequencing, and different cell culture techniques (transformation, transfection, generation of a stable human cell line).Projects / Research
