Seminars objectives:
Every person is unique, presenting an original combination of talents, skills, values, needs and interests. People who have recognized their unique potential have a valuable guiding tool for setting fulfilling goals and are able to actively proceed on a successful career.
The goal of this four-day workshop is to survey this unique potential, to refine, which of all possibilities is of real importance to oneself, to understand the fabrics and tools of a self-guided career, and to move first steps on this path.
Participants will systematically investigate their favourite skills and interests, supportive working conditions, and their fundamental values. They will also reflect on salaries, the job market/job opportunities and on tools and strategies to research on and proceed a career. Additionally to gaining profound personal insights that can be applied immediately in current career decisions, the participants also learn a method to readjust their path on their own, whenever necessary, while proceeding on a life long career.
