Methods: I am familiar with include cloning in prokaryotic models, protein purification by affinity chromatography, analysis of protein interactions using Celluspots® peptide arrays, epifluorescent and atomic force microscopy as well as accelerated solvent extraction and high performance liquid chromatography.
