Guidelines on confidentiality and data privacy in clinical ethics guidance

The Center for medical law project group "patients' data and medical confidentiality / Patientendaten und Schweigepflicht" published a paper on "Guidelines on confidentiality and privacy in clinical ethics guidance / Empfehlungen zur Schweigepflicht und zum Datenschutz in der klinischen Ethikberatung" suggesting precise measures on how to preserve medical confidentiality and data privacy in clinical ethics guidance.

Members of the project groups are: Prof. Dr. iur. Gunnar Duttge, Prof. Dr. iur. Dr. h.c. Volker Lipp, Prof. Dr. med. Friedemann Nauck and Prof Dr. phil. Alfred Simon (Boardmembers of the Göttingen Center for medial law). Furtheremore Catherine Ebert, Felix Hohenhövel and Christin Zang coworked on these guidelines.
