SCIENTIFIC INTERESTS AND GOALS

I am fascinated in processes involved in DNA maintenance and repair. These processes are essential in preserving the integrity of the cell and ensuring that the cell is kept healthy throughout its life cycle; however many crucial aspects are still unknown. I look forward to investigating this subject more, as well as exploring other interesting topics in molecular biology through this program.
