Informations about the Department

The Department Ecoinformatics, Biometrics and Forest Growth is one out of ten Departments of the Büsgen Institute and therefore member of the Faculty of Forest Sciences and Forest Ecology of the Georg-August-University of Göttingen (Foundation under public law).

The head of the department is Prof. Dr. Kurth.

Besides the membership in the Faculty of Forest Sciences and Forest Ecology the department is a member of the Center for Applied Computational Sciences as well.
