Basic biochemical and molecular biology techniques, including general protein analytics, molecular cloning, expression and purification of recombinant and wild type proteins, spectrophotometry, enzyme assays, microscale thermophoresis, fluorescence microscopy and in vitro motility assay.

SCIENTIFIC INTERESTS AND GOALS
I always admired the efficiency and flexibility of cells to accomplish the tasks necessary for their survival and proliferation. Therefore I am interested in proteins and their diverse roles, not only as catalysts in metabolism but also as molecular motors, signaling factors and receptors. I would like to increase my knowledge on structure-function relationships because they constitute a key feature in the development of disease treatments and synthetic biology.
