My work focuses on uncovering the molecular basis of traits through data-driven approaches. I specialize in genomic prediction, genome-wide association studies, population genomics, and differential gene expression analysis, employing both statistical and machine learning methods. I also collaborate with field and laboratory technicians to design experiments, generate high-quality data, and extract meaningful insights. This integrated approach ensures that my research is both comprehensive and firmly grounded in practical, experimental outcomes.
