Niklas Kirsamer



Niklas Kirsamer is a research associate at the Chair of Economics and Politics of China at the Georg-August-Universität Göttingen since May 2026. He is pursuing doctoral studies in economics at the Göttingen Graduate School of Social Sciences. He holds a Master’s degree in Applied Economics from the University of Vienna and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Heidelberg University.



His research focuses on the economic, environmental, and geopolitical consequences of trade disputes.
