Seminar’s objectives:
Our work is more and more organized in projects. This is especially true in an international context. Project structures can be a very successful and sensible way to reach the envisaged results, if the potential and possibilities projects offer are well managed. Applying a mixture of theoretical and practical work the seminar offers basic information on methods of international project management and some background for project work in intercultural settings. Participants can hand in own projects or project ideas they would like to work on. This should be done in form of a one page description to be sent to the lecturer at least one week before the seminar starts.
