SCIENTIFIC INTERESTS AND GOALS
Having a strong background in the chemical sciences, I am eager to further study the intricacies of the biological sciences and develop the associated laboratory skills to help broaden my proficiencies and give myself a well-rounded approach to research. Fascinated by the complexity of a wide variety of subjects in the biosciences, I am also enthusiastic about the opportunity to immerse myself in various fields of molecular biology and biochemistry with the intent to determine the specific area that most sparks my curiosity and to then maximize my understanding of this field by receiving specialization in this area which I can then utilize in a career in research.
