Nirmiti is organizing the
sports meet of this year on 11th August 2018. It would be held at Hochschulsport
(university sports centre) from 12:00 hrs and will be followed with a Barbeque.
This event includes different varieties of fun games, team events and single
events. We would like to invite you all to this event and request you to please
charm the event with your presence and participation.
A few things to note:
1. Below
you can find the list of games – Kindly fill in the games you would like to
take part in. This would help us to organize everything smoothly.
2. As
there are a lot of people interested in Badminton, the matches will start in
the Badminton court of sports campus at 10 am. If anyone is interested in
watching, you can go there and watch the matches. The final match will take
place in the evening before the barbeque.
3. Kindly
bring your own stuff for barbeque. We are still looking for barbeque
accessories. If someone can arrange for one or have an extra one and willing to
share it for the day is more than welcome.
Anyone and everyone are free to
participate. More participants is more fun. So kindly participate in large
numbers. Everyone are free to join the event to watch and encourage the
