Universität divers − Diskriminierungsschutz im Fokus

Since winter semester 2022/23, the University has developed a concept for protection against discrimination, which was approved by the Senate in July 2023 and adopted by the Presidential Board. In order to ensure that protection against discrimination is practical, targeted and effective, it is necessary to further develop the existing knowledge base and to collect current data on the diversity of the university's members and staff, as well as on their experiences of discrimination.
