Beschreibung | I will give a brief summary of some results of my PhD thesis. We will see how any linear generalised complex structure on a vector bundle E admits an adapted Dorfman connection and how this allows to describe the generalised complex structure purely in terms of a linear splitting and the side morphism on $TM\oplus E^*$. Then I will explain the compatibility with an additional Lie algebroid structure, recovering the conditions for morphisms of 2-term representations up to homotopy. The generalised complex Lie algebroid will then give rise to a complex Lie bialgebroid and I will show how its Drinfeld double can be decomposed as a matched sum of Courant algebroids in the special case of a complex structure. |
