Stephanie Göldner completed her training as an insurance clerk and subsequently undertook various advanced courses to qualify as a foreign language correspondent. She has been working at the University of Göttingen since 2006 — initially until 2012 at the University Medical Center Göttingen (UMG), and since then at the Chair of Human Resource Management and International Management. Since 2024, she has also been working at the Chair of Economics and Politics of China.
