Trade, Network, and Agglomeration
Our research on trade, networks, and agglomeration examines how international trade
interacts with industrial clusters, spatial concentration, firm networks, migration
networks, and regional economic activity.
A particular focus is on how local economic structures and network connections shape
firms' responses to trade shocks. This research studies whether industrial clustering,
spatial concentration, and social or migration networks can strengthen resilience,
facilitate trade, and influence the geographic organization of economic activity.
